  • Get expert guidance with a Certified Nutritional Practitioner who creates a personalized diet, supplement, and lifestyle protocol tailored to your health goals.

    Whether you're addressing specific concerns or simply looking for structure, we provide a clear, actionable plan to help you feel your best.

    All consultations are virtual and held through Google Meet.

    Clients will receive 15% off supplement orders made through FullScript (ask your practitioner for more details).

  • Enjoy chef-prepared meals customized to your preference and dietary needs.

    Our Holistic Chef handles everything—from grocery shopping to cooking to clean up—so you can come home to fresh, healthy, personalized meals without the hassle.

    This is an in-home service, where your chef cooks from your kitchen one day a week, leaving you with up to 5 days of meals.

    Your menu and meal formula is 100% customized to your preferences and needs and can be altered week to week.

    This service is offered in the Greater Vancouver area (Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maple Ridge).

Steps for a personalized meal service: 1. Submit your inquiry through the contact page. 2. Complete a personalized intake form. 3. Receive a personalized plan or chef-prepared meals.
